- Input for AI drafts: URLs, images, and text you enter in the draft feature
2.2 Linked Account Information
If you link a Google or Apple account, we store the email address of the linked account and information that identifies that account, so that your data can be carried over when you change devices. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", the forwarding address issued by Apple is stored.
If you do not link an account, this App does not collect your email address, real name, or phone number.
2.3 Location Information
- Current location: Location information from GPS (latitude and longitude)
- Post location: The place you specify when posting a sighting
- My Area location: The places you register to get alerts for
- Place names and addresses: Place names and addresses derived from location information
Your current location is used on your device to show the map and search for nearby sightings, and is not stored on our servers. What we store on our servers are the locations of your posts and the locations you register as My Areas. The feature that detects your prefecture from your current location also runs on your device and does not send your location.
2.4 Camera and Photos
- Photos attached to sightings, posts, and feedback
- Profile image
Access to the camera and photos is optional. You can still use features that do not use photos without granting it.
2.5 Premium (Subscription) Purchase Information
If you purchase Premium on iOS, payment is processed by Apple. This App does not collect payment information such as credit card numbers. To manage purchases, we receive and store your current plan, the status of purchases, renewals, and cancellations, and the amount paid through RevenueCat.
2.6 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information: Device type, OS version, app version, and similar information
- Push notification token: An identifier used to send notifications
- Usage data: Screens viewed, features used, last active time, and similar information (Firebase Analytics)

3. How We Use Information
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To show sightings on the map and timeline
- To notify you when there is a sighting nearby or in your My Areas
- To provide interaction between users such as comments, likes, and follows

4. Processing by AI
This App uses Google's generative AI (Vertex AI and Gemini on Google Cloud) for the following purposes:
- Reviewing posts: The text and photos of submitted sightings are sent to AI for an initial assessment before the operator reviews them
- Creating drafts: When you use the draft feature, the URLs, images, and text you enter are sent to AI to read the details of the sighting
AI assessments support the operator's review. Under Google Cloud's terms, the content we send is not used to train Google's AI models.
